Robert Lewandowski scores brace in his 150th games at FC Barcelona

Robert Lewandowski continues to make history at FC Barcelona, celebrating 150 appearances with the club. In that time, the Polish striker has recorded 103 goals, 19 assists, and five titles since arriving in the 2022-23 season, numbers that firmly establish him as Barça’s attacking reference.
Coming off the bench against Valencia at the Estadio Johan Cruyff, Lewandowski delivered maximum impact. His first goal came in the 76th minute, finishing clinically after shaking off two defenders. He struck again in the 85th minute, converting a precise pass from Bernal with a powerful right-footed shot.
Scoring Efficiency Across Clubs
Lewandowski’s consistency is unmatched. At Borussia Dortmund, he scored the same 103 goals but needed 37 more matches, averaging 0.55 goals per game. His most prolific spell came at Bayern Munich, where he hit 344 goals in 375 matches (0.92 per game). At Barcelona, his average sits at 0.69 goals per game, proof that even at 37, his goal-scoring instincts remain sharp.
Last season under Hansi Flick, Lewandowski netted 42 goals in 52 matches, once again showcasing his world-class finishing. Though he hadn’t scored yet for Barça this season, he found the net during the international break with Poland.

Lewandowski’s start to the season has been limited by a biceps femoris injury in his left thigh. He missed the Mallorca fixture, played 14 minutes against Levante, 12 against Rayo, and then 22 minutes against Valencia, where he made his mark with a decisive double.
With 150 games behind him and an exciting campaign underway, the Polish striker is determined to expand his legacy with Barcelona and continue adding to his remarkable goal-scoring record.
